1. When lifting the dust collector equipment, attention should be paid to avoiding damaging the box and accessories. The aperture of the roof must be smaller than that of the dust collector. And welded onto the ash storage roof.

2. Connect the induced draft fan.

3. Connect the air compressor and the soft connection to the dust collector air storage tank.

4. Before installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components of the dust collector to ensure that they are intact and complete. If any missing, damaged, or deformed parts are found, they must be repaired and replenished before installation.

5. Sealing fillers should be embedded between the flanges of the dust collector before tightening the bolts to ensure reliable sealing of the box and prevent air leakage.

6. When installing the filter cartridge, it must be fixed vertically inside the dust collector, installed compactly, and the filter cartridge must be fixed.

7. The connection between the airbag and the electromagnetic pulse valve blowing pipe should be reliably sealed and there should be no air leakage.
