Wear resistant Roots vacuum pumpIt is a variable capacity vacuum equipment, whose core structure consists of two "8" - shaped rotors that rotate synchronously in opposite directions. The rotor maintains a small gap (usually 0.1-0.8 millimeters) between the inner wall of the pump casing and the rotor, and achieves non-contact rotation through gear transmission. This pump does not have an internal compression process and needs to be used in conjunction with front-end pumps such as oil seal pumps and water ring pumps to achieve high vacuum levels. Its design features include oil-free lubrication, compact structure, and strong corrosion resistance, making it suitable for industrial scenarios that require stable pumping.

Cooling system maintenance: Clean the air cooling fins or water pipes to ensure heat dissipation efficiency; Regularly replace the circulating oil (if oil cooling is used).

Overflow valve test: Check the automatic opening function of the overflow valve to ensure timely pressure relief when the pressure exceeds the limit time.
