The entire steel structure of the room is treated with sandblasting and painting to achieve long-term anti-corrosion of the paint booth.

After the large workpiece is lifted by the workshop crane to the painting operation area, the telescopic shed moves forward under the drive of the motor. When it reaches the predetermined position, the travel switch sends a signal to drive the motor to stop running. Then turn on the lighting and ventilation fans for painting operations. After the painting is completed, turn off the fan and lighting system, start the retractable shed motor, move the retractable shed backwards, and when it reaches the reverse limit position, the travel switch sends a signal, the motor stops moving, and the site is cleaned up neatly.

The process equipment in the paint spraying room consists of an expansion chamber body, a natural air supply system, a paint mist treatment system, an organic solvent treatment system, an exhaust system, an organic solvent concentration detection and alarm system, a lighting system, an electrical control system, etc.
The entire telescopic shed is composed of the following parts: door frame, canvas support net, scissor type telescopic mechanism, flame-retardant PVC canvas, drive mechanism, etc. The door frame is made of industrial profiles and is the part directly driven by the driving motor, which is the key to the stable movement of the entire telescopic mechanism. The gate frame is equipped with switch buttons and travel switches to automatically control the expansion and contraction of the gate. Except for the door frame, the rest of the parts are canvas support nets, which are the skeleton for installing and connecting flame-retardant canvas. They are composed of multiple sets of profile skeletons, and are connected together by a scissor type telescopic mechanism to form a stable whole. Between every two canvas support nets, a scissor type telescopic mechanism is used to connect them, and its structural size determines the amount of telescopic movement. At the same time, in order to ensure that both the upper and lower sides can achieve telescopic movements simultaneously, a set of scissor type telescopic mechanisms is arranged on each side, and a synchronous motion mechanism is formed between the two through a connecting rod. Industrial flame-retardant PVC canvas is used between the entire grid structure, which forms the "wall panel" of the relatively enclosed operation room and ensures the orderly flow of air in the "room". During installation, one industrial canvas is used for every two support nets. A driving part is installed on the door of the paint booth. The driving part uses a reduction motor, which is transmitted to multiple long shafts, and then synchronously transmitted to the active wheels on both sides by the chain wheels at both ends of the long shaft. The entire driving forward and backward adopts three-level protection: two-way two-level row protection track terminal is set with limit car stops; there is a control box on the door post, which is easy to operate. The retractable paint booth is a practical product specially developed to solve the difficulty of moving and transporting larger workpieces.
