Y10-21, Y8-34, Y10-24 high-efficiency and low-noise induced draft fans
1. Purpose:
The Y10-24 low-noise boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is designed to be compatible with industrial boilers (1, 2, 4T/H) that use various coal qualities and are equipped with smoke and dust removal devices. Anyone with comparable intake conditions and suitable performance can be selected. But the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ° C, and a dust removal device with an efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed before the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan and improve the service life of the fan.
2. Type
(1) The induced draft mechanism is single suction, with four machine numbers: No.5, 6.3, 8, and 9. (2) The induced draft fan can be made into two types: right-handed or left-handed. Facing the fan from one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right cyclone fan, represented by "right"; On the contrary, it is called a left cyclone machine, represented by "left". (3) The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing
3. Characteristics
(1) Due to the impossibility of using a single series, multiple dedicated series are adopted to meet the different needs of users. (2) The weighted average efficiency within the range of use of induced draft fans is high. (3) Low noise, ensuring less than 85 decibels during operation. (4) For different tonnage induced draft fans, both D-type (direct connection) and C-type (belt) transmissions are equipped simultaneously. Y8-24 and Y10-21 are D-type or C-type transmissions, while Y10-24 is C-type transmission. The D-type transmission has a slightly larger machine number and lower speed (n=1450r/min) for better wear resistance, while the C-type transmission has a slightly smaller machine number and higher speed (n=1750-2100r/min), but both reach the required pressure at the minimum linear speed to achieve noise reduction and wear resistance. (5) Based on the analysis results of two-phase flow, wear resistance was considered from the perspective of miscarriage form. (6) The preparation of the manual is to facilitate user selection, while indicating the matching tonnage and corresponding fan series and models. The operation is smooth, reliable, and the impeller is balanced statically and dynamically. There are two types of structures: integral structure and split structure. The whole machine is balanced. In short, users can choose from various types of fans with different requirements from this group.
4. Structure
The fan is composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission part, an integral bracket, and other parts. (1) Impeller: Y10-21 and Y10-24 series impellers are both made of 16Mn. Y8-24 has 16 long leaves. Y10-21 and Y10-24 are both composed of 12 long blades and coexisting short blades, with a total of 24 blades. They are all forward curved blades, welded between the arc-shaped conical front plate and the flat plate rear plate. After static and dynamic balance correction and ultrasonic testing, they operate smoothly and reliably. (2) Shell: Welded into a snail shaped whole with steel plates, suitable for both left and right rotation of fan No.9. (3) Air inlet: The air inlet is a converging and dispersing integral structure, which is fixed on the inlet side of the casing with bolts.
