① The torque of the valve motor conforms to the opening and closing torque characteristics of the valve. The torque required for opening and closing a valve in a short period of time is generally high, while the torque required during intermediate operation is only 1/3 of the large torque value for opening or closing. Therefore, the characteristics of valve specific motors are high starting torque and strong overload capacity. The ratio of the maximum torque to the rated torque value of the valve specific motor is greater than 3 times, and the ratio of the starting torque to the rated torque value is also greater than 3 times.
② When designing valve specific motors, the rotor shape is slender. Therefore, the high-speed rotating motor adds a small inertial load to the valve seal when the valve is closed, which can ensure the reliability of the valve sealing surface without damaging it.
③ Due to the intermittent short-term operation of the valve, the working time of the valve specific motor is 10 minutes according to the standard, and some foreign products have a working time of 15 minutes.
④YBDF explosion-proof motorEnd face outlet, no junction box, no fan, self cooling, high protection performance. The general standards are IP54 and IP66, while the IP68 is a submersible motor. Low protection level: The valve specific motor for electrical equipment is a fully enclosed squirrel cage structure, with a short-term intermittent working system (10 minutes) and self cooling. According to GB 4942.1-85 requirements, * low protection level IP44, * high protection level IP68. The required protection level varies depending on the operating conditions and environment of the valve. Low protection level will cause moisture or foreign objects such as dust to enter the motor cavity, resulting in a decrease in motor insulation resistance and damage.
