The characteristics of valve specific motors are high starting torque and strong overload capacity, as they close at 1/3 of the maximum torque value. The ratio of the maximum torque of the valve specific motor to the rated torque value is greater than 3 times, and the starting torque

② When designing valve specific motors, the rotor shape is slender. Therefore, the high-speed rotating motor adds a small inertial load to the valve seal when the valve is closed, which can ensure the reliability of the valve sealing surface without causing any damage

Low protection level: The valve specific motor for electrical equipment is a fully enclosed squirrel cage structure, with a short-term intermittent working system (10 minutes) and self cooling. According to GB 4942.1-85 requirements, * low protection level IP44, * high protection level IP68. The required protection level varies depending on the operating conditions and environment of the valve. Low protection level will cause moisture or foreign objects such as dust to enter the motor cavity, resulting in a decrease in motor insulation resistance and damage.
