The YE3 series ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is a new type of high-efficiency energy-saving product independently designed by Shenyang Electric Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. according to the second level efficiency standard specified in GB 18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium sized Three phase Asynchronous Motors". At the same time, it complies with the IE3 energy efficiency rating of IEC 60034-30-1:2014 standard.

The appearance and installation dimensions of the YE3 series motor are equivalent to those of the Y and Y2 series motors. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, low noise, high protection level, and insulation level. It can be widely used to drive various general mechanical equipment such as fans, water pumps, machine tools, compressors, and transportation machinery. It can also be used in other harsh environments such as petroleum, chemical, steel, mining, etc. It is an ideal replacement product for the Y and Y2 series motors.

◆ On site conditions

YE3 series motors are suitable for most occasions and environments. The standard working conditions for electric motors are -20 ℃ to+40 ℃, with an altitude of ≤ 1000 meters.

◆ Temperature rise and insulation

The motor is designed with F-level insulation (105K) and evaluated for B-level insulation temperature rise (80K), which improves the service life and reliability of the motor.

◆ Cooling and ventilation

According to IC411 in IEC60034-6, the standard cooling method is fully enclosed self fan cooling (TEFC). The standard motor is equipped with an auxiliary flow plastic fan.

◆ Protection level

The protection level of the electric motor is IP55 and it can be used in dusty or humid environments. Electric motors with higher protection levels can also be provided.

◆ Motor protection

PTC, PT100 and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be installed according to requirements.

Voltage and frequency

The standard motor is 380V/50Hz, and it can also be designed for 50Hz or 60Hz motors with any voltage value within the range of 200-600V. It can still operate well even when the supply voltage deviates from the rated voltage by ± 5%.

◆ Vibration

The vibration speed level measured by YE2 series motors under no-load conditions meets the N (standard) level.

◆ Location of junction box

The junction box on the top of the machine base is for standard YE3 series motors, and a junction box can also be provided for motors located on the left or right side.
