What are the structural characteristics of a circular vibrating screen

The YK series circular vibrating screen is mainly composed of a screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, and damping spring. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and is driven to rotate by a motor through a coupling, generating centrifugal inertia force that forces the screen box to vibrate.

This series of vibrating screens is installed in a seated manner, and the adjustment of the inclination angle of the screen surface can be achieved by changing the height of the spring support position. The motor is installed on the left side of the screen frame or on the right side of the screen frame. If there are no special requirements, the manufacturer shall install and supply it on the right side according to the direction of material movement.
