The YME2 series low-voltage high-power three-phase asynchronous motor is a series of motor products independently developed by Shenyang Electric Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which meets the IE energy efficiency level of IEC 60034-30-1:2014 standard.

The installation dimensions of YME2 series motors comply with the IEC60034 standard. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, high efficiency, low noise, high protection level and insulation level, and can be widely used in dragging compressors, ventilators, water pumps, crushers, metal cutting machines, coal mills, transportation machinery, etc. It can also be used as a prime mover in mining industry, machinery industry, petrochemical industry and other industrial and mining enterprises.

◆ On site conditions

The YME2 series electric motor is suitable for most occasions and environments. The standard working conditions for electric motors are -20 ℃ to+40 ℃ at an altitude of 1000 meters.

◆ Temperature rise and insulation

The motor is designed with F-class insulation (105K), which improves its service life and reliability.

◆ Cooling and ventilation

According to IC411 in IEC60034-6, the standard cooling method is fully enclosed self fan cooling (TEFC). The standard motor is equipped with an auxiliary flow plastic fan.

◆ Protection level

The protection level of the electric motor is IP54 (or IP55 can be made according to requirements), and it can be used in dusty or humid environments. Electric motors with higher protection levels can also be provided.

◆ Motor protection

PTC, PT100 and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be installed according to requirements.

Voltage and frequency

The standard motor is 380V/50Hz, and it can also be designed for 50Hz or 60Hz motors with any voltage value within the range of 380-660V. It can still operate well even when the supply voltage deviates from the rated voltage by ± 5%.

◆ Vibration

The vibration speed level measured by YME2 series motors under no-load conditions meets the N (standard) level.

The junction box on the top of the machine base is for the standard YME2 series motor.
