purpose

YSP oxidation ditch brush aerator is another new type of aerator developed by our company, which can operate continuously and intermittently. It is widely used in urban sewage treatment plants and can also be used for industrial wastewater treatment such as printing and dyeing, petrochemicals, food, and papermaking.

working principle

It mainly consists of rotating brush blades, transmission spindle, motor drive, and connecting support components. The blades rotate under the drive of the main shaft, impacting the water body, allowing the water and air to fully contact each other. At the same time, the air is brought into the water and forcibly cut along with the rotation of the blades, promoting the transfer of oxygen.

The overall structure is simple, the installation method is different, the energy consumption is low, and the oxygenation efficiency is high;

Adopting an elastic column pin coupled gear coupling, it transmits large torque, has a small volume, and allows for radial and angular errors;

The disc is made of reinforced polypropylene or high-strength fiberglass compression molding, which has the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance, and good rigidity;

The load and oxygen content of the spinning disc change with the adjustment of immersion depth, which is simple and easy to form.
