The YW unobstructed submersible sewage pump is designed reasonably and is a vertical single suction single-stage centrifugal sewage pump. The inlet and outlet centerlines are on the same horizontal line, and the inlet and outlet flanges are the same, making installation and disassembly very convenient. It occupies a small area and can be installed at any position in the pipeline like a valve.

Structure and advantages of YW unobstructed underwater sewage pump:
1. The mechanical seal adopts a dual channel series seal, made of hard and wear-resistant tungsten carbide, which has the characteristics of durability and wear resistance, and can ensure the safe and continuous operation of the pump for more than 8000 hours.
2. The design of hydraulic components for blocking large flow channels greatly improves the ability of pollutants to pass through, effectively passing through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
3. According to user needs, a liquid level automatic control cabinet can be equipped to automatically control the start and stop of the pump based on the required liquid level changes, without the need for dedicated personnel to supervise, making it easy to use.
4. During operation, the pump body is immersed in liquid, making it easy to start. There is no problem of exhaust or pumping, and it has the characteristics of no leakage. The depth of the liquid can reach 0.5-7 meters.
5. The coupling structure is advanced and reliable, and the pump and motor are connected by a coupling. The pump shaft size is precise, ensuring smooth operation of the pump with sufficient safety factor.
6. By adding protective covers to the fan blades of the motor, the entire machine can be operated outdoors without the need for a machine room, which can save a lot of infrastructure costs.
7. Used within the range of head, the motor is not overloaded, and the pump has two types of installation: single tube installation and double tube installation. The supporting components include disc and square disc installation.
