1、 Overview of Electric V-shaped Regulating Ball Valve Products
The electric V-shaped regulating ball valve produced by Shanghai Yuhu Company is composed of imported electric actuators and high-quality V-shaped ball valves. Due to the V-shaped structure of the core, it has a shear effect on the valve seat. Therefore, electric V-type regulating ball valves are suitable for controlling relevant process parameters in suspension media containing fibers or small solid particles in industrial enterprises such as papermaking, chemical, and metallurgy. They are particularly suitable for automatic regulation of suspended particles such as pulp, white water, black liquor, and white liquid in the pulp and paper sales process, as well as concentrated and turbid slurry like fluid media.
1. The V-shaped notch of the electric V-shaped ball valve has a shearing effect between the core and the metal valve seat, which is particularly suitable for media containing fibers, small solid particles, slurry, etc.
2. The electric V-shaped ball valve also has the ability to adjust and reliably position, with a flow characteristic of approximately percentage and a wide adjustable range.
3. The electric V-shaped ball valve adopts a movable valve seat structure loaded by a plate spring, and there will be no jamming or detachment between the valve seat and the ball core, with reliable sealing and long service life.
2、 Product features of electric V-shaped regulating ball valve
1. The auxiliary sealing seat with elastic load pressure ensures a tight contact between the valve seat and the ball core from the beginning to the end.
2. There is no possibility of potential leakage due to the integral valve body structure.
3. It has equal percentage characteristics, a wide control range, and a particularly stable control process, and can be widely used in various process flows.
4. The valve stem and ball core are connected by involute splines. When the tooth profile is loaded, there is a radial force on the teeth that can automatically center them, and the force on each tooth is uniform, resulting in high strength and long service life.
