Introduction to ZC Vertical Vibration Conveyor

The ZC vertical vibration conveyor uses a vibration motor as the excitation source, mainly used for vertical lifting operations of powdered and granular materials, as well as drying and cooling operations of materials. This vibrating conveyor is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, coal, chemical, building materials, grain, machinery, medicine, and food.

Structure and Working Principle

• The driving device of ZC vertical vibration conveyor, vibration motor, is installed at the lower part of the conveying tower. Two vibration motors are symmetrically installed in a cross pattern. The conveying tower consists of a pipe body and a spiral conveying groove welded around the pipe body. The conveying tower is mounted on a vibration reduction device, which consists of a base and an isolation spring.
• When the vertical conveyor is working, according to the self synchronization principle of the dual vibration motor, the vibration motor generates excitation force, forcing the entire conveyor tower to undergo a spatial composite vibration of horizontal circular motion and upward vertical motion. The material in the spiral groove is then subjected to the action of the conveyor groove, making a uniform throwing circular motion and moving upward along the conveyor groove, thus completing the upward (or downward) conveying operation of the material.

ZC vertical vibration conveyor is equipped with GK type reverse brake control box. Used to quickly pass through the resonance zone when the conveyor is stopped, preventing the machine from generating large amplitudes when passing through the resonance zone. At the same time, it has protection functions for motor overcurrent, overload, and phase interruption.
