This model of cable is a flame-retardant intrinsic safety computer cable (ZR ia stands for flame-retardant intrinsic safety), with a 6-core x 1.5mm ² cross-section, designed for low temperature environments or occasions requiring cold resistance performance.
Similar models such as ZR-ia-DJYPVP or ZR-ia-DJYPVRP are also suitable for low-temperature scenarios, and their insulation materials are mostly poly or fluoroplastics, which can work in the range of -20 ℃ to+65 ℃.

Conductor material: Bare copper wire or tinned copper wire.
Insulation and sheath: commonly made of poly or fluoroplastics, some models use silicone rubber to enhance low-temperature toughness.

This model of cable adopts a silicone rubber sheath, with a conventional operating temperature range of -30 ℃ to 180 ℃, suitable for low-temperature environments.
Silicone rubber cables of similar specifications (such as IA-ZR-DJFGP1R) are clearly marked to be usable in a fixed laying environment at -60 ℃
However, it should be noted that the temperature limit for non fixed installation is -25 ℃.
If a colder environment (such as -60 ℃) is required, cables with specially designed low-temperature resistant sheath materials (such as TPE or fluoroplastic) should be selected.
Flexibility: The silicone rubber sheath maintains its elasticity at low temperatures, avoiding brittle cracking.
Mechanical properties: The conductor is made of multi strand annealed soft copper wire, ensuring that it is not easily broken when bent at low temperatures.
