The ZRJQ electric explosion-proof ball valve from Shanghai Yuhu Company consists of an angular stroke explosion-proof electric actuator and a ball valve ball. It is composed of an electronic angular stroke electric actuator 3610R or HQ series and a ball valve adjustment mechanism. Electric explosion-proof ball valves have the characteristics of simple structure, fast switching, high flow capacity, and zero leakage. They are suitable for high viscosity, fiber containing, and solid particle fluids. Electric explosion-proof ball valves are widely used in industrial automation fields such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, and light industry to cut off or circulate media in gas and liquid pipelines. The actuator adopts an integrated design, which can directly adjust the switch value by inputting a 220V power supply. It can also be equipped with a built-in servo module, which can control the operation by inputting control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and single-phase power supply. The explosion-proof grade of the electric explosion-proof ball valve is Exd Ⅱ BT4, the protection grade is IP67, and it can be equipped with an on-site control device. The main feature of the electric explosion-proof ball valve is that it can be manually operated by pulling the clutch handle when not powered. When powered on, the clutch automatically resets. The flow direction can be arbitrary, the adjustable range is wide, and it can be used in high-pressure and large-diameter applications to control high viscosity media with fibers and fine particles.
