ZW self-priming centrifugal sewage pump

The ZW series self-priming sewage pump integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge. STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
1. The ZW series self-priming non clogging sewage pump mainly consists of a pump body, impeller, rear cover, mechanical seal, bearing seat, inlet valve, gas-liquid separation pipe, water inlet valve, inlet and outlet pipes, etc.
2. The pump body is equipped with a storage chamber, which is connected to the pump working chamber through the upper reflux hole and the lower circulation hole, forming an axial reflux external hybrid system of the pump. After the pump stops working, there is already a certain volume of liquid stored in the pump chamber. When the pump is started, the stored liquid inside the pump is ejected upwards with air under the action of the impeller. The liquid flows back to the working chamber through the grid of the gas-liquid separation tube, and the gas is discharged outside the pump, creating a certain degree of vacuum inside the pump and achieving self-priming.
