| ZZDQ self operated nitrogen sealing valve |
The ZZDQ self operated nitrogen seal valve of Shanghai Yuhu Company is mainly used for constant control of nitrogen pressure at the top of storage tanks to protect the materials inside the tank from nitriding and ensure the safety of the tank. The nitrogen sealing valve consists of two main parts: ZZDQ quick release valve and ZZV self operated micro pressure regulating valve. The quick release valve consists of a pressure controller and a ZMQ-16K single seat shut-off valve.
When the pressure inside the storage tank rises to the set pressure, the quick release valve quickly opens to release excess pressure inside the tank. When the pressure inside the storage tank decreases, the micro pressure regulating valve opens and fills the tank with nitrogen gas. As the micro pressure regulating valve must be used at a pressure below 0.1Mpa and the on-site pressure is high, ZZYP type pressure regulating valve must be installed to reduce the pressure to below 0.1Mpa before it can be used. The nominal pressure is 0.1Mpa, and the pressure can be set in sections from 0.5Kpa to below 66Kpa. The medium temperature is ≤ 80 ℃.
(1) Without the need for external energy, it can work in situations without electricity or gas, which is both convenient and energy-saving, reducing costs.
(2) The nitrogen sealing device provides nitrogen, and the pressure setting for nitrogen release is convenient, which can be carried out under continuous operation conditions.
(3) The effective area of the pressure detection diaphragm is large, the set spring stiffness is small, the action is sensitive, and the device is balanced in operation.
(4) Adopting a non packing design, the valve stem experiences minimal friction, responds quickly, and has high control accuracy.
(5) The nitrogen supply device adopts a commander operation, with a pressure reduction ratio of up to 100:1, good pressure reduction effect, and high control accuracy.
(6) To ensure the safety of the storage tank, a breathing valve needs to be installed on the top of the tank.
(7) The breathing valve plays a safety role, avoiding the defects of frequent opening and closing and easy damage in conventional nitrogen sealing devices.
