The ZZVP self operated micro pressure regulating valve and ZZCP self operated differential pressure regulating valve of Shanghai Yuhu Company are energy-saving products that do not require external energy. By comparing the pressure changes of the medium in the process pipeline with the signal, the force of the regulated medium is balanced with the output of the actuator to achieve stable pressure and differential pressure values. ZZCP-1 differential pressure valve adopts a balanced single seat valve, which has stable pressure, high accuracy, and good sealing performance, and is used to control small differential pressure. The ZZCN-10 differential pressure valve adopts a double seat valve with a large flow coefficient. By reversing the valve core, it can form two different types of products. The self operated micro pressure regulating valve is suitable for controlling the mixed flow rate of two fuel gases in various industrial furnace combustion systems or for use in the sealing oil system of hydrogen cooled generator sets. At the same time, it can also be used for automatic control of pressure reduction, stabilization, or release of various industrial gases.
The self operated micro pressure regulating valve adopts a balanced single seat valve, which can adjust the set value arbitrarily during operation. Therefore, it is suitable for micro pressure automatic adjustment of various industrial furnace combustion system fuel gases, petroleum products in process, or oil storage tank protection gases and heat treatment protection gases.
