Common faults and troubleshooting of solenoid valves: The solenoid valve does not work after being powered on. Check if the power supply wiring is poor and reconnect the wiring and connectors; Check if the power supply voltage is within the working range - adjust it to the normal position range; Check if the coil has detached and re welded; Replace the coil due to a short circuit in the coil; Is the working pressure difference inappropriate? Stainless steel solenoid valves must be carefully welded to pipelines. If insufficient attention is paid to welding the solenoid valve to the pipeline and stress is not eliminated, deformation may occur. During welding, it is necessary to strictly prevent welding slag from splashing into the valve. The presence of welding slag can damage the function of the valve. If the slag splashes directly onto the valve core, it can directly affect the operation of the solenoid valve, and in severe cases, it can damage the valve core and seat. During pressure testing and purging of pipelines, the regulating valve should be removed and connected with a corresponding straight pipe section to avoid welding slag, iron filings, and other debris getting stuck between the valve core and valve seat. The end of the opened flange of the removed solenoid valve should be securely wrapped with plastic cloth.
