In the past, the production of zinc sulfate monohydrate crystals often used intermittent evaporation pots to evaporate and dehydrate the solution. This production method consumes a lot of steam, has a slow process, and cannot produce continuously, which has many drawbacks.
At present, some enterprises have attempted to use MVR evaporation or single effect evaporation crystallization processes for the production of zinc sulfate, but the results are not satisfactory. Scaring and blockage phenomena are very serious during the trial production process, and continuous production cannot be guaranteed.
