The customer's electroplating process generates a large amount of oily and waxy wastewater, and the customer has been searching for suitable processes and equipment. Based on our decades of successful industry experience and combined with laboratory analysis and testing of water samples, we have confirmed that the vacuum distillation process meets the processing requirements of this customer and recommend the vacuum distillation concentration process route. To cope with future large-scale actual production conditions, our company has arranged to conduct pilot tests at the customer's site using actual equipment.
Equipment principle
Evaporation mainly uses the boiling point difference between water and other substances to separate water and pollutants (most pollutants have boiling points much higher than water). Negative pressure distillation uses a steam compressor to create a vacuum and lower the boiling point of water, resulting in better distilled water and more economical energy consumption. MVR (Mechanical Vapor Re Compression): The water vapor during the evaporation process is compressed by a compressor to increase its temperature and pressure. The high-temperature water vapor serves as a continuous heat source for evaporation, achieving the goal of recycling steam and greatly reducing the energy consumption of evaporation.
MVR Distillation Schematic
A forced circulation pump has been added inside the evaporator to maintain high-speed flow of wastewater, greatly reducing the risk of scaling in the heat exchange tubes. The stainless steel steam compressor is driven by an electric motor, and a precise water cooling system is required to control the outlet steam temperature and maintain distillation stability during the operation of the compressor. The distillation host is equipped with a foam detection sensor and a full-automatic defoamer addition device. In addition, the distillation host is equipped with a full-automatic cleaning device, and the cleaning frequency and mode can be selected by the user.
