Cold plate liquid cooling is currently the most mature and widely used method due to its stronger operability, which does not require redesigning the entire equipment in the computer room. The Huisheng liquid cold plate adopts thermal simulation technology to optimize the design of the cold plate flow channel, with high reliability, tight sealing, corrosion resistance, and multiple tests such as pressure resistance, leakage, helium detection, cold plate thermal resistance, and flow resistance before leaving the factory, ensuring better performance. It can achieve triple sensor linkage emergency stop in case of overvoltage, undervoltage, and liquid leakage, and trigger the emergency release of refrigerant when the voltage is below 10.2V for 8 seconds.
