The 12th Shanghai International Pump and Valve Exhibition, held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Hongqiao) in Shanghai from June 3rd to 5th, is still vividly remembered. After professional evaluation by 10 guests, a total of first, second, and third prizes including Weile, Nanfang, Liou, New Territories, and Dayuan were selected. 31 individual awards including Yan Tufu from Liou Group, Lu Hongzhong from Kaiquan Pump Industry, and Wu Hongfei from Nanfang Pump Industry were also awarded, and the public announcement was completed before May 20th.

At the 3rd FLOWTECH CHINA National Fluid Equipment Technology Innovation Award ceremony, the award-winning individuals and representatives of enterprises went on stage to receive the award and took a group photo as a souvenir, showing their outstanding style.
The guests of this year's judges are all well-known experts and scholars from China Metrology University, National Pump Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center (Shandong), National Pump Standardization Technical Committee, Zhejiang Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Fluid Equipment and Its Measurement and Control Technology, China Pump System Green Energy saving Industry Alliance, etc., fully demonstrating the "gold content" of award-winning units and individuals in fluid equipment technology innovation.

The rise of the Industry 4.0 revolution has brought about a new leap forward in productivity and global supply side reform. China has officially proposed the "dual carbon" goal and explicitly called for the vigorous development of new quality productivity in this year's work report. Advanced and efficient fluid equipment needs to make greater contributions to energy conservation and consumption reduction indicators, as well as provide more assistance in intelligent operation and energy structure adjustment.
The Journal of Tsinghua University once published that "due to the dual role of fluid machinery in power production and energy use, there is an urgent need to research advanced fluid machinery technologies that can adapt to the characteristics of future energy systems," including "water turbines, pumps, hydraulic torque converters, wind turbines, low-pressure fans, etc.

Flowtech China National Fluid Equipment Technology Innovation Award
Since its establishment in 2021, it has been jointly established by China University of Metrology and Shanghai Horui Exhibition Co., Ltd. The Innovation Award aims to give full play to the important role of fluid equipment technology in implementing the national innovation driven development strategy, promote the transformation of fluid equipment innovation achievements, improve the scientific and technological innovation awareness in the field of fluid equipment, and encourage and commend exemplary organization and collectives in promoting fluid equipment technology innovation.

Professor, professor level senior engineer, doctoral supervisor, current academic leader in instrument science and technology at China Metrology University, deputy director of the National Pump Standardization Technical Committee, initiator of "China Pump Park", and chairman of the China Pump System Green Energy saving Industry Alliance.

China Pump Park, initiated by Professor Mou Jiegang, aims to enhance mutual communication and exchange among enterprises in the industry, connect upstream and downstream industrial chains, consolidate industry centripetal force, and strive to build a large elite group in China's pump industry. All along, China Pump Park has been vigorously promoting the green development and transformation of the entire pump industry.
