1、 Introduction to Baiying SO Green 520WS Singlet Oxygen Probe

SO Green 520WSThe singlet oxygen probe has been developed as a water-soluble fluorescent probe for detecting extracellular singlet oxygen because it does not penetrate cells. It has high selectivity for singlet oxygen. Unlike other available fluorescent and chemiluminescence singlet oxygen detection reagents,SO Green 520WSThe singlet oxygen probe does not affect hydroxyl radicals, superoxide, or other reactive oxygen species(ROS)Show any obvious response. This indicator only exhibits weak blue fluorescence. After reacting with singlet oxygen, it emits strong green fluorescence (excitation)/Emission value~504/525 nm).SO Green 520WSThe singlet oxygen probePETThe quencher is eliminated (through singlet oxygen reaction) to restore its fluorescence. Singlet oxygen can be generated from many different sources, such as dye photosensitization. In mammalian biology, singlet oxygen is one of the reactive oxygen species that is associated with the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and the resulting cardiovascular effects. Polyphenolic antioxidants can eliminate and reduce the concentration of reactive oxygen species, and prevent this harmful oxidative effect. Ingesting pigments that can generate singlet oxygen through photoactivation can cause severe skin photosensitivity. This is particularly concerning for herbivores. Singlet oxygen is considered an active substance in photodynamic therapy. picture1.SO Green™ 520WSSingle line oxygen probe for hydroxyl radicals, superoxide or other reactive oxygen species(ROS)There was no obvious response.
