cep-onlineExhibition NewsThe Xunshu red blood cell micronucleus intelligent analysis system shines on the banks of the Xiang River

On May 7-8, 2017, the Academic Conference on Drug Toxicology and Safety Evaluation of the Chinese Society of Toxicology was held in Changsha, Hunan Province, which is known for its outstanding people. The conference is hosted by the Professional Committee of Drug Toxicology and Safety Evaluation of the Chinese Society of Toxicology, creating an academic exchange platform for domestic and foreign scholars on the progress of drug toxicology research and new ideas and technologies for preclinical safety evaluation of drugs. Xunshu Technology is involved with the intelligent analysis system for red blood cell micronuclei.

The conference invites experts and scholars from both domestic and international fields, including pharmacotoxicologists, to give special presentations on the current trends in innovative drug research, as well as the development trends, new concepts, new technologies, and new methods of pharmacotoxicology in innovative drug research. The presentations will mainly cover the implementation and future development plans of GLP regulations at home and abroad, as well as the latest developments in applied research.

As an exhibitor of this conference, Xunshu showcased its fully automatic colony counter and intelligent analysis system for red blood cell micronuclei to the attending experts and scholars. The intelligent analysis system for red blood cell micronuclei is designed specifically for genetic toxicology big data and is suitable for Giemsa staining of mammalian bone marrow or peripheral blood red blood cell micronuclei assays. The analysis of the proportion of polychromatic red blood cells in 20 seconds, the recognition of micronuclei cells and the calculation of micronuclei rate in 60 seconds, and the use of a backtesting system for accuracy review were praised by the attending scholars. They all expressed their ability to improve laboratory work efficiency and provide support for new drug development.
