Purpose:

Diaphragm pressure gauges are mainly used for micro pressure measurement of fluid media in industrial sectors such as petrochemicals, alkali production, chemical fibers, dyeing, pharmaceuticals, food, brewing, papermaking, electronic machinery, and power. PTFE diaphragm pressure gauge with strong corrosion resistance for chemical industry, can be used for alkali production, ammonification, vulcanization, and fine chemical industry.

Structural principle:

The diaphragm pressure gauge is a closed system consisting of a diaphragm body and a pressure gauge head, filled with sealing fluid. When pressure acts on the diaphragm, the diaphragm deforms and compresses the sealing fluid, transmitting the force to the elastic component in the pressure gauge head, which displays the pressure value. The force transmission of the diaphragm pressure gauge is completed by the liquid filled between the diaphragm body and the Bourdon tube. The diaphragm plate only serves as an isolation and sealing function, and the elastic element is still the Bourdon tube.

Diaphragm pressure gauge is based on the linear deformation of the diaphragm. The pressure directly acts on the diaphragm, and the diaphragm generates a displacement that is linearly related to the pressure, thereby indicating the pressure value. The diaphragm not only acts as an elastic element but also serves as an isolation and measurement medium.
