What isPFA？

PFA plastic is a copolymer of a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluorovinyl ether and polytetrafluoroethylene. The melt adhesion is enhanced, and the viscosity of the solution decreases, while the performance remains unchanged compared to polytetrafluoroethylene. This type of resin can be directly processed into products using ordinary thermoplastic molding methods. Suitable for producing corrosion-resistant parts, wear-resistant parts, seals, insulation parts, and medical device components, insulation layers for high-temperature wires and cables, anti-corrosion equipment, sealing materials, pump valve liners, and chemical containers.

Introduction to the anti-corrosion performance of lining plastic:

1. Perfluoroethylene propyleneFEP(F46)

Features:The mechanical, electrical, and chemical stability of F46 resin are basically similar to polytetrafluoroethylene, but its outstanding advantage is high impact toughness. Even samples with notches cannot withstand impact, which is very goodIts weather resistance and radiation resistance make it easy to shape and process. Except for using at temperatures lower than F4, all other properties maintain the excellent performance of F4, making it a substitute material for polytetrafluoroethylene.

2. PolytetrafluoroethylenePTFE（F4)

Features:Due to the unique molecular chemical chain structure, F4 resin has strong corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. However, polytetrafluoroethylene has the disadvantage of difficult processing, with a high scrap rate during production, resulting in higher processing costs than F46.

3Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene（PFA）

Features:PFA resin is a new variety developed to overcome the difficulties in processing and molding polytetrafluoroethylene, while maintaining the excellent performance of F4. Good mechanical and electrical insulation performance, with the advantage of easy processing and shaping, making it a substitute material for polytetrafluoroethylene.

4. Enhanced polypropylene（FRPP）

Characteristics: It is one of the lighter plastics, with yield strength, tensile strength, and compressive strength superior to polyethylene. It has outstanding rigidity, heat resistance, and ease of molding. After modification, the impact and fluidity have been improved.

5. Polyolefin（PO）

PO has good corrosion resistance and easy processing performance, and is widely used in various anti-corrosion equipment for rotational molding, as well as in molded lining valves.

The Q941PFA electric fluorine lined PFA ball valve is composed of an electric actuator and an O-type fluorine lined PFA ball valve. The inner cavity of the valve body and the ball core are lined with corrosion-resistant and anti-aging soluble polytetrafluoroethylene or polytetrafluoroethylene using high-pressure injection molding technology, thus possessing reliable corrosion resistance and sealing performance. Electric fluorine lined ball valves are mainly used for regulating or cutting off highly corrosive media such as acid and alkali during the production process. The electric actuator is equipped with a built-in servo system and does not require a separate servo amplifier. It can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mA signal and a 220VAC/380V power supply. The electric fluorine lined PFA ball valve has the advantages of simple wiring, compact structure, small size, light weight, low resistance, stable and reliable action, etc.
