Product description
Anti corrosion core
The inner wall of the pump chamber is coated with a special anti-corrosion layer, combined with PTFE seals and fluororubber diaphragms, which can withstand common acid and alkali/organic solvents (methanol, acetonitrile, acetone, etc.).
All models come standard with PTFE water blocking protectors to prevent damage to the pump body caused by backflow of solvents; The outer shell is coated with paint, and the switch is equipped with a splash proof protective cover.
Oil free design
No need to pump oil, avoiding oil mist pollution of samples and environment, reducing maintenance costs, suitable for clean laboratory scenarios.
Safety and Control
Built in overheat protection (automatic shutdown over 60 ℃), air inlet with filter screen, protective diaphragm and one-way valve.
One click start stop, vacuum degree can be fine tuned through regulating valve, suitable for different viscosity samples.

Selection Recommendation
Select ACC300 for small-scale conventional filtering; Choose ACC400 for medium volume; Choose ACC410/610 for high vacuum requirements; Choose ACC600 for large volume batch processing.
When in contact with strong oxidizing media, it is recommended to upgrade the full PTFE pump head model (such as CH411A/CH611A).
Usage and maintenance
Rinse the pipeline and filter cup with pure water after each use to avoid residual solvents corroding the components.
Regularly check the diaphragm elasticity and replace it in a timely manner when the pumping speed decreases or leaks (recommended 1-2 years/time).
Avoid prolonged operation without load to prevent excessive wear of the diaphragm.
