5、 Key points for use and maintenance

Before filtration, it is necessary to check the integrity of the sand core/sealing ring to avoid leakage; Ensure that there are no wrinkles when installing the filter membrane to prevent short circuiting of the filtrate.
When filtering strong organic/corrosive samples, it is recommended to use PTFE sealing rings to extend their service life.
Rinse with deionized water after each use. Residual insoluble substances can be soaked in dilute acid/alkali and cleaned, then air dried for later use.
Avoid contact with strong corrosive media such as HF and concentrated phosphoric acid to prevent damage to glass/sand cores.
