Working Principle:
Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new type of wastewater treatment and reuse process that combines membrane separation technology with traditional wastewater biological treatment processes. It has also been widely used in wastewater treatment engineering. This technology greatly improves the efficiency of sludge water separation through the separation effect of membrane components, and increases the biochemical reaction rate due to the increase in activated sludge concentration in the aeration tank. Membrane separation technology is a widely used separation technique for separating, concentrating, and purifying liquid and gas substances. It uses a thin film with selective passage ability as the separation material, and the membrane wall is densely covered with micropores. Under pressure, small molecules in the original solution pass through the membrane wall and enter the permeate, while larger molecules are intercepted by the membrane and remain in the concentrated solution, thus achieving the purpose of separation or concentration.

Residential areas, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, schools, factories, and similar industrial organic wastewater, such as textile, beer, paper, leather, food, chemical and other industries.

1. When installing the film, it is necessary to tidy up the installation environment. The film removed from the packaging can be placed smoothly, and sharp blunt objects that may touch the film surface during the installation process should be carefully wrapped to prevent damage to the film during the installation process.

2. Ensure that the MBR membrane tank is clean and free of particles and debris left at the bottom of the tank, and that the membrane module bracket is securely fixed. Then, the MBR tank is preliminarily drained, with the water surface about ten centimeters away from the top of the components. The surface of the new film that has just been removed from the packaging bag is quite sticky. If water is not properly added to smooth it out during installation, the two adjacent film surfaces will stick together

Pressing down forcefully can cause damage to the membrane surface.

3. The film that has just been removed from the packaging plastic bag should not have a significant bending of the film surface during transportation, and should not be placed on the ground or other objects without protective measures.

4. When each film is about to be installed after unpacking, a detailed inspection should be carried out to check for scratches on the surface of each film, and to check for any gaps in the adhesive joints. If any problems are found, the film should be replaced in a timely manner.

5. When assembling the membrane, try not to step on it with your feet. If necessary, try to step on the corners of the membrane instead of the middle.

6. The membrane is sequentially placed into the membrane module as a single sheet, and attention should be paid to whether the direction of the water outlet of each membrane corresponds to the main suction tube, to prevent the wrong direction from being installed and then pulled out from the beginning.

7. The membrane is divided into small cells every 5 pieces. Pay attention to checking the number of membranes in each cell and do not miss them.

8. During the film installation process, the action should be slow to ensure that each film is within the corresponding partition, and do not forcefully pull or push.

9. After placing all MBR membranes into the components, use rubber pressure strips to firmly separate and press each membrane, and then use channel steel to fasten the rubber pressure strips. The screws at both ends must be tightened.

10. When installing the rubber hose, try to use glycerin to make it smooth. If glycerin is not available, soap water can be used instead. The rubber hose should be inserted to the bottom.
