Equipment composition:
Dissolved gas system: mainly includes dissolved gas tank, air compressor, water pump, etc. The dissolved air tank is a core component used to dissolve air in water under pressurized conditions; The air compressor provides compressed air; The water pump is responsible for pressurizing the sewage and sending it into the dissolved gas tank.
Air flotation tank: It is the place where the air flotation process occurs, divided into contact zone and separation zone. In the contact zone, dissolved water is mixed with raw water, and microbubbles come into contact with suspended solids and attach; In the separation zone, suspended particles with attached microbubbles float to the water surface to form floating debris, while clean water flows out from the bottom of the pool.
Release system: usually composed of a release device, its function is to release the dissolved air and water in the dissolved gas tank under reduced pressure, so that the air dissolved in the water can be efficiently released in the form of microbubbles.
Scraping system: composed of scraping machines and other equipment, used to scrape off the floating slag on the surface of the air flotation tank and collect it in the floating slag tank for further processing.
Control system: used to control the operation of the entire pressurized dissolved air flotation machine, including the start and stop of equipment such as water pumps, air compressors, and scraper, adjustment of operating parameters, etc., to ensure stable operation of the equipment.

Working Principle:
Under pressurized conditions, the solubility of air increases. The sewage is pressurized to 3-4kg/cm ² by a water pump and sent to a dissolved air tank to fully dissolve the air in the water, forming an air supersaturation state. Then, the dissolved water is suddenly reduced to atmospheric pressure through the release device, and the supersaturated air dissolved in the water escapes from the pool in the form of fine bubbles. These microbubbles are small in size, uniform in particle size, dense and stable, with a diameter usually between 20-100 μ m. Microbubbles fully contact and adhere to suspended particles or oil particles in water, making their density lower than that of water, thus floating to the surface to form floating slag, achieving solid-liquid separation or liquid-liquid separation.
