The PQB-111 quantitative gas distribution system is used to inject SO2, NO2, and NH3 gases into the testing chamber as needed. Users can set the concentration, injection volume, and injection flow rate of the standard gas for injection. The system automatically calculates the injection time and controls the quantitative injection. Furthermore, users can also choose the injection time interval and injection frequency, and the system will automatically cycle the injection multiple times.

The PQB-111 quantitative gas distribution system is used to inject SO2, NO2, and NH3 gases into the testing chamber as needed. Users can set the concentration, injection volume, and injection flow rate of the standard gas for injection. The system automatically calculates the injection time and controls the quantitative injection. Furthermore, users can also choose the injection time interval and injection frequency, and the system will automatically cycle the injection multiple times. Three independent high-precision mass flow controllers and electromagnetic shut-off valves are used to control the injection of SO2, NO2, and NH3 separately. PQB-111-C adopts a precision sheet metal shell frame and is equipped with dual electrical components

This device uses a mass flow controller and a shut-off valve to control the cumulative injection volume.


Users can not only set the single injection volume and injection speed, but also set the injection interval time and cycle multiple injections.


All configurations are completed through a 7-inch touch screen and can also be remotely controlled by connecting to an external computer.
