This device is a methane steam reforming catalytic reactor with a built-in heat source. This device consists of two parts (reforming catalytic part/induction heating controller), and the reforming catalytic part is divided into multiple channels filled with catalysts. The heating of the reformer section adopts fully digital induction heating, which can quickly raise the temperature of the reformer to the target temperature.

1. Technical parameters

2. Component Description

1. Air outlet 2. Air inlet 3. Temperature control probe wire 4. Induction electromagnetic wire 5. Three phase electric inlet wire 6. Full digital induction heater
3. Installation steps
(1) Open the packaging box and place the equipment on a horizontal platform (make sure the inlet and outlet of the equipment are facing upwards);(2) Connect the carrier gas source to the device's carrier gas inlet;(3) Connect the receiving source to the air outlet of the device;(4) Connect the three-phase power supply to the power supply of the equipment and turn it on. At this point, the induction heater power indicator light can be observed to be on, indicating that the equipment installation is complete.
4. Precautions for product use and maintenance
(1) Pay attention to equipment cleaning to prevent damage caused by residual water and residue.(2) Non professionals are required to dismantle the equipment.(3) Prevent heavy falls and damage to internal insulation devices.(4) When installing the equipment, it is necessary to install it horizontally with the air inlet and outlet facing upwards.(5) It is strictly prohibited to pull or tug on induction power wires, thermocouple connection wires, and other equipment circuits.(6) Pay attention to electrical safety during operation.
