The evaporation module is suitable for continuously converting water flow into water vapor. It consists of an evaporation core, heating element (resistance heating), temperature measuring element, and insulation shell. The module must be equipped with a water pump and temperature control to work. Attention: This module cannot use tap water! Scaling will cause module failure. It is recommended to use deionized water, distilled water, or purified water.

Usually, the module is processed and electrically connected according to the following diagram. In this case, the water flow entering the evaporation module is controlled by a metering pump. Water flow can also be controlled through a pressure tank and a mass flow controller.The steam generation range of S1-EMM1000 evaporation module is 1-100 mg/min, and the temperature measurement method is (0-300) ℃ K-type thermocouple.
