Aluminum foil core body of data room air heat exchangerIt is the core functional carrier of the wind air heat exchanger, specially developed for precision heat dissipation scenarios in data centers, and adapted to the heat dissipation and ventilation needs of small and medium-sized data center equipment. With efficient heat exchange and low energy consumption characteristics, it has become a key component of the energy-saving system in data centers.
The product uses high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy foil as the core material, with a thermal conductivity coefficient of ≥ 200W/(m · K). The plate is formed by corrugated stamping, and the specific surface area can reach 350-600 ㎡/m ³. It is designed with a 30-45 ° corrugated angle to enhance the turbulence effect of the airflow and greatly improve the heat transfer rate.
Adopting a cross countercurrent flow channel layout, the hot air in the computer room is fully in contact with the outdoor fresh air inside the core, and the heat transfer efficiency is stable at around 80%. It can cool the hot air in the computer room from 40 ℃ to 30 ℃ and then reflux, effectively controlling the ambient temperature of the computer room.
The core adopts a modular design, with the weight of a single module controlled between 5-25kg. It supports flexible combination according to the power of the computer room, and the total heat exchange area can be adjusted as needed. The standardized snap on interface is easy to quickly connect with ventilation ducts, and can be disassembled and maintained by a single person.

When running with a low-power variable frequency fan (power 5-30W), the daily power consumption is only 0.36kWh. Compared with traditional air conditioning cooling, it saves about 12000 yuan in electricity costs annually. At the same time, it realizes ventilation and air exchange in the computer room, improves indoor air quality, and avoids equipment downtime due to high temperatures.
The product has undergone rigorous sealing performance testing, and the sealing components are made of weather resistant silicone rubber, which poses no risk of air leakage or cross flow. It operates stably and reliably for a long time, with a service life of up to 6-8 years.
