The Amicon Ultra centrifugal filter is an ideal tool for protein purification, concentration, and desalination. The Amicon Ultra 2mL filter adopts a vertical filter membrane design for better performance and shorter centrifugation time when purifying proteins.

Concentrate 2mL to 15-70uL, with a sample recovery rate of up to 98%, fast processing speed - only requiring 10 to 30 minutes of centrifugation time, specialized stop dead design, and reverse function to achieve consistent recovery rates.

Concentrate biological samples containing antigens, antibodies, enzymes, nucleic acids, or microorganisms, purify large molecular components from tissue culture extracts or cell lysates, remove substrates, clear PCR, remove large molecular tag linkers from reaction mixtures, remove proteins before HPLS, desalination, buffer displacement, and protein dialysis.
