HiTrap Fibro PrismA and HiScreen Fibro PrismA are brand new concept fiber matrix affinity chromatography products launched by Cytiva. This series of products improves the traditional purification mode of agarose skeleton, utilizing the characteristics of high flow rate and high flux of fiber bundles, greatly reducing the retention time of proteins, making it easy to purify antibodies in 5 minutes.

• 1. The matrix of fiber bundles enables high dynamic binding capacity to be achieved in a short period of time at high flow rates.

• 2. Fibro's new base frame and PrismA pairing form a powerful combination, with high load capacity and flux, while also being able to withstand 2M NaOH, ensuring more efficient cleaning and sterilization

• 3. It can be combined with high-throughput process purification schemes to shorten the entire production cycle within one day. The production capacity can be increased by more than 20 times compared to traditional fillers.

• 4. It can achieve large-scale expansion. The Fibro technology platform aims to develop a research scale (HiTrap device) from approximately 12mg mAb to a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compatible device capable of processing up to 2000L of bioreactor harvest, ultimately achieving purification of 10kg mAb within 24 hours per day.
