The GR Zn total zinc water quality online automatic monitoring instrument consists of a sampling system, a metering system, a digestion system, a detection system, and a programmable control system. The water sample is collected through an automatic sampling system, and after passing through a high-precision photoelectric sensing measurement system, it is transported to the digestion system. Masking agent, nitric acid, buffer solution, and zinc reagent are then added to generate a blue complex before and after the reaction. The color depth is proportional to the concentration of zinc in the water sample. The automatic controller system detects the absorbance of the solution after the reaction at a specific wavelength to calculate the concentration of zinc in the water sample.

Through independently designed sampling pipelines, sampling, quantification, liquid discharge, and each reagent have independent pipelines to avoid measurement errors caused by contamination.
