The GR Ni total nickel water quality online automatic monitoring instrument consists of a sampling system, a metering system, a digestion system, a detection system, and a programmable control system. The preprocessed water sample is pumped into a special reactor and first reacts with an acidic oxidizing reagent to oxidize all forms of nickel in the water sample into divalent nickel ions. Then, the pH of the solution is adjusted and a masking agent is added. Finally, a color developing agent is added to the mixed solution for color development reaction. Within the measurement range, the absorbance of the color developing solution is proportional to the concentration of nickel ions in the water sample, and the nickel content in the water sample is detected and calculated at a specific wavelength.
