1、 Overview of Testing System:

With the widespread application of electric bicycles, their safety and management issues are becoming increasingly prominent. The new national standard GB17761-2024 "Technical Specification for Safety of Electric Bicycles" stipulates that electric bicycles used for urban logistics, commercial leasing and other business activities should have Beidou module positioning function, and should be installed in fixed components of electric bicycles that are not easily damaged, and have anti disassembly and anti tampering functions. Aim to improve the anti-theft performance and safety management level of vehicles through technological means, facilitate consumers to understand key information such as vehicle location in real time, and monitor and alarm for abnormal situations.

2、 Technical features of the testing system:

Beidou positioning function testing system for electric bicyclesIt is a testing system designed for the testing and experimental platform of Beidou satellite navigation system products. The system can meet the needs of scientific research, production and manufacturing, finished product testing, and testing and certification. It has the ability to conduct wired conduction or wireless radiation testing on the tested terminal, and supports the functional and performance testing of Beidou navigation terminal, OEM board, and baseband chip. This system complies with the technical requirements of the "Safety Technical Specification for Electric Bicycles" and can achieve automation of the testing process, analysis and evaluation of testing data, and one click generation of testing reports.

The GS-BDK307 GNSS signal simulator is a cost-effective multi-channel Beidou/GPS satellite navigation signal generator designed specifically for detecting objects such as electric bicycles, electric vehicles, drones, in car navigation systems, taxis, shared bicycles, and electronic fence equipment.

This simulator is widely used in various aspects of the research, development, production, and testing process of satellite navigation user equipment. The testing items that can be completed include: signal frequency point, signal sensitivity, positioning accuracy, speed measurement accuracy, hot start time, cold start time, lock loss and relocation time, etc., which will greatly improve work efficiency.

1) Having 16 channels for generating Beidou satellite B1C signals (B1C refers to the navigation signal with a center frequency of 1575.42MHz and a bandwidth of 32.736 MHz in the Beidou satellite navigation system);

6) Can simulate the satellite navigation signals received by the receiver under high dynamic and static conditions.

7) Equipped with satellite selection function, users can choose any combination of satellites from various navigation systems according to their needs.

8) It has a signal generation channel gating function, where users can choose to use specific channels to generate navigation signals, and can also individually set the strength of the signals generated by each signal channel.

9) It has a navigation signal attenuation control function, and users can individually set the attenuation amount for each type of satellite navigation analog signal output.

10) It has the function of setting the receiver's motion trajectory, and users can set the motion trajectory and load the typical motion trajectory through the upper computer of the simulator, which is convenient for experimental users to use.

11) Equipped with real-time status display function of the simulator, it displays information such as the type, quantity, number, elevation angle, pseudorange, health status, etc. of the satellite currently being simulated to the user. It also shows the sky view of the online satellite and the receiver motion trajectory view to the user.
