1、 Instrument Overview:

Single cable conductor vertical combustion testing machineObtaining and determining the ability parameters of a single electrical wire or cable on an electric bicycle to prevent flame spread under laying conditions. Evaluate all electrical wires with a nominal cross-sectional area ≥ 0.5mm2 and conduct tests according to the methods specified in GB18380.12; For all electrical wires with a nominal cross-sectional area<0.5mm2, the flame propagation performance test on the surface of a single cable shall be evaluated according to the method specified in GB18380.22. The equipment can select the ignition time based on the specifications of the sample, and evaluate the experimental results according to the judgment requirements after the ignition is completed.

12.1 The standard power is 1KW, the blue flame core height is 50-60mm, and the total flame height is 170-190mm, which meets the requirements of GB/T5169.14-2007 and IEC60695-11-2:2003 standards;

When the blowtorch is in a vertical position and the air inlet is closed, the blowtorch produces a bright flame. Adjust the gas flow rate to make the total length of the bright flame 125 ± 25mm;
