Boiler centrifugal fan
The main structure is as follows:
Impeller: generates pressure head and transmits energy.
Shell: Collecting gas from the impeller and directing it towards the exhaust outlet, converting some of the kinetic energy of the airflow into pressure energy.
Inlet regulating damper: adjusts the output of the machine to isolate the equipment from the system. (Also known as deflectors, some use frequency conversion technology and hydraulic couplings to adjust output.)
Main shaft: transmitting torque
Bearings: bear the radial and axial loads of the rotor, limit the radial and axial movement position of the rotor.
Backend: Connected to the electric motor, transmitting shaft power
Collector: It uniformly fills the inlet section of the impeller with airflow while minimizing losses.
Bearing box: Device bearings, lubricating fluid.
Boiler centrifugal fanIt is designed to accommodate industrial boilers that burn various types of coal and are equipped with smoke and dust removal devices. Anything with comparable intake conditions and suitable performance can be selected. The medium conveyed by the ventilation fan is smoke and mist, with a temperature not exceeding 200 degrees. Before the induced draft fan, a dust removal device with an efficiency of not less than 85% should be installed to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan and improve its service life.
The noise level of the blower and induced draft fan in the boiler room is generally around 90 decibels. Due to the high temperature of the boiler flue gas transported reaching 180 ℃, using enclosed sound insulation can lead to poor heat dissipation, high motor temperature, and even motor burnout. Therefore, in the process, the noise reduction and energy saving aspects of the fan are combined.
Through practice, the comprehensive treatment plan for energy-saving and noise reduction of boiler fans is as follows: keep the process layout of the boiler room unchanged, place the blower and induced draft fan separately in the soundproof room, connect them to the main unit with ventilation pipes, open air inlets on the top or wall of the soundproof room, and install noise suppressors for air intake in the machine room. When arranging the plan, place the blower near the boiler room, the air inlet on the upwind side, and the motor in the middle of the airflow channel.
