Performance selection

1. Refer to the performance table for the performance of the fan. The performance listed in the table is within the range of rates and is divided into six performance points based on flow rate. When selecting, follow the performance table.

2. The qualified product performance of the fan factory israted flowThe total pressure value shall not exceed ± 5%.

3. The performance selection table is based onstandard stateThe performance of the exhaust fan, regardless of the technical documents or ordering requirements, shall be based on the standard state. The standard state is the air state at atmospheric pressure B=101325Pa, atmospheric temperature t=20oC, and relative humidity φ=50%. When the actual usage conditions do not meet the above requirements, the relevant formula shall be used for conversion.

4. The installation method of the fan can be divided into vertical and horizontal types. If vertical installation is required, it must be specified when ordering. If there are special requirements for performance parameters such as flow rate and pressure, they can be designed and produced separately.

3. Impurities in gas: Viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained should not exceed 150mg/m3.

4. According to the special needs of users, magnetic motor transmission can also be designed to achieve stepless variable speed and variable air volume structure.
