1. Feedback the above situation to the supplier and request improvement of the welding parts.
2. Strengthen the anti-corrosion of the fan rotor. After one cycle of operation, the fan must be inspected by removing the cover to check the corrosion of the high and low pressure blades. The blades should be inspected piece by piece and anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out.
During the standby period of the fan, fill the upper and lower cylinder spaces of the fan with nitrogen and maintain the fan rotor.
4. Adhere to the low-speed turning system to reduce the deflection of the rotor in the vertical direction.
Regularly conduct dynamic balance tests on the fan rotor.
Strengthen monitoring and diagnosis, immediately stop the machine for inspection if there is any abnormality, and eliminate the fault in its infancy.

This not only changes the mutual position of the rotor journal and bearing and the working state of the bearing, but also reduces the natural frequency of the shaft system, causing abnormal vibration of the fan and early damage of the bearing due to the force on the rotor and the additional force on the bearing, which is extremely harmful.
