The GR CODcr CODcr (high chlorine, high salt) water quality online automatic monitoring instrument consists of a sampling system, a metering system, a digestion system, a detection system, and a programmable control system. The monitoring device collects water samples through an automatic sampling system, and after passing through a high-precision photoelectric sensing measurement system, the water samples are transported to the digestion system. The digestion system automatically adds a set amount of potassium dichromate solution and high chloride and high salt shielding reagents, and uses silver sulfate as a catalyst in a strong acid medium. After sealed high-temperature digestion, the automatic controller system performs colorimetric analysis at a specific wavelength to calculate the concentration value of COD based on the color change before and after the reaction.

Using a combination of physical and chemical methods to shield the influence of high chlorine and high salt on CODcr measurement;
By conducting two colorimetric measurements on the same sample, the sample concentration can be calculated to effectively compensate for the interference caused by sample chromaticity and turbidity;
Through independently designed pipelines, sampling, quantification, drainage, and various reagent pipelines are independent to avoid measurement errors caused by contamination.
