1. The paddle mixing system requires maintenance personnel familiar with its structure and performance to regularly inspect and maintain the dosing mixer in order to ensure its long-term operation.
Before starting the paddle mixing system, oil must be added to the motor bearings, intermediate bearings, and gearbox. 2 # calcium lithium grease needs to be added to the motor bearings and intermediate bearings, and 30 # mechanical oil needs to be added to the gearbox, with the oil level reaching the center of the oil cup height.
3. Replace the lubricating oil for the motor bearings and intermediate bearings every six months (6 months) of operation. If the transmission oil is found to be lacking in the oil cup, lubricating oil should be replenished at any time. Every six months (6 months) of operation, all the oil in the transmission should be poured out and the lubricating oil should be replaced again.
4. Every year of operation of the gearbox, all lubricating oil inside the gearbox should be poured out and cleaned once with a cleaning agent. At the same time, check for severe wear and damage to the gears inside the gearbox. If necessary, replace the gears or gearbox.
5. Maintenance personnel need to regularly check the operation status. Check for any noise, overheating, or vibration exceeding the range of each bearing.
