Blenders typically operate at low speeds and do not generate significant shear forces when stirring low viscosity liquids, making them unsuitable for liquid-liquid and gas-liquid dispersion.
On the other hand, this type of impeller moves at a high flow rate inside the tank, with horizontal swirling flow dominating and lacking good mixing uniformity. However, the flow velocity near the tank wall can achieve a higher heat transfer film coefficient than other impellers, making it commonly used for heat transfer and crystallization operations.
In addition, due to the large diameter of the blade and its proximity to the bottom of the tank, it is also commonly used to stir high concentration slurries and precipitating slurries. It is also commonly used for stirring high viscosity fluids.

5、 Performance characteristics:
1. The agitator blades adopt a frame type mixing form, which has high power efficiency. According to the requirements of the pool type and mixing process, single-layer, double-layer or multi-layer blades can be used to simultaneously generate radial and circumferential flow of the mixing medium, achieve the required mixing intensity within the required mixing time, meet the requirements of fast, uniform and sufficient mixing speed, and have low hydraulic loss. They can also widely adapt to changes in the specific gravity, concentration, acidity and alkalinity, temperature and viscosity of the mixing medium to meet the requirements of various mixing conditions.
2. The main shaft of the driving device is connected to the mixing shaft through a coupling, and the mixing shafts are all connected by flange connection. The mixing shaft is supported by double row angular contact thrust ball bearings and sliding bearings, which have sufficient strength and stiffness, and high stability. Sliding bearings are lubricated by grease in the oil chamber, ensuring long-term reliable operation of the equipment.
