Xianren River is a first level tributary of Dongliao River, with a length of kilometers and a drainage area of about 3 square kilometers. It is located in Liaoyuan City and divides the city into two parts from north to south: east and west. It flows into Dongliao River in the main urban area. Why has such an important river become a key focus of the black, dirty, and smelly rectification project in recent years, and why has the "Xianren River" become a smelly ditch? Based on some visits and observations of the surrounding areas along the river, it can be seen that due to the lack of sewage pipe networks on both sides of Huangzhang Road, domestic sewage is mixed with rainwater and sewage, entering the rainwater. There is domestic sewage mixed in on both sides of the small river, and the flow in the west of the road is relatively large. Tracing north along the river, three or four toilets were found on the west side of the river, and pollutants directly entered the river channel. The surrounding villages do not have complete sewage facilities, causing domestic sewage that should have been discharged into the sewage pipe network to flow into the river through the rainwater pipe network. The mixed flow of rain and sewage is also clearly one of the reasons affecting the water quality of river water.

The pump station will be equipped with three water pumps, both of which will be used as backup (one variable frequency) The inlet pipe diameter of the pump station is DN800, and the outlet pipe is set as DN600PE100 pipe. The pump station is equipped with a crushing grid, and the solid particles crushed by the grid machine have a particle size of 6-10mm. The pump station is equipped with three port water and electricity pumps inside the simplified structure. The design parameters for a single pump are Q=417m3/h, H=36m, N=75kW. An unobstructed port water discharge pump is used.

Due to the insufficient natural flow of trees in the Xianren River body. In order to enhance the ecological flow of the river and improve the self purification capacity of the Xianren River, this project plans to construct a new water diversion project near Rijairu Middle School in the upper reaches of the Xianren River, using the water from Majing Dongliao River and Baohe Zhouguan River. The project will divert 2000 water from the natural water body of the Dongliao River, with a total length of 6.6K, to replenish water for the local residents.
