Overview
The centrifugal submersible aerator is directly driven by a motor and impeller, and uses the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller to discharge the surrounding water and form a low-pressure zone for suction water flow; At the same time, a vacuum is created at the inlet of the impeller to suck in air, which is fully mixed with water in the mixing chamber to form a uniform gas water mixture, which is quickly discharged under the action of centrifugal force.
Product Details

Centrifugal submersible aerator

Centrifugal submersible aerators are used for aeration tanks, aeration sedimentation tanks, pre aeration tanks, aerobic nitrification tanks, aeration and oxygenation mixing in various biochemical treatment processes of sewage treatment projects, as well as oxygenation in aquaculture ponds.

1、 Features:
1. The design of the mixing chamber has a large intake of air, good mixing effect, and high oxygen utilization efficiency;
2. The air-water mixture is discharged from the mixing chamber at an angle, which can cause the water flow to spiral horizontally and then move horizontally, while also having a stirring effect during aeration;
3. The body sinks into the water and runs without noise. A muffler can be installed on the water outlet of the intake pipe to enhance the noise reduction effect.

2、 Structural features:
1. Underwater motors using German submersible motor sealing technology;
2. The impeller is directly connected to the motor, with a simple structure, high efficiency, and long service life;
3. A mesh inlet can be added to prevent foreign objects from entering the body and causing unnecessary damage;
4. The intake volume can be adjusted through the intake valve;
5. Apart from the motor, other component materials are available for selection, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron.

3、 Purpose:
The QXB type (DSA type) centrifugal submersible aerator is used for aeration tanks, aeration sedimentation tanks, pre aeration tanks, aerobic nitrification tanks, aeration and oxygenation mixing in various sewage treatment processes, as well as oxygenation in aquaculture ponds.

3、 Principle:
The QXB (DSA) centrifugal submersible aerator uses a motor and impeller for direct transmission, utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller to discharge surrounding water and form a low-pressure zone for suction water flow; At the same time, a vacuum is created at the inlet of the impeller to suck in air, which is fully mixed with water in the mixing chamber to form a uniform gas water mixture, which is quickly discharged under the action of centrifugal force.
Due to the water jet *, effective water circulation is created, causing the air to be sheared into a large number of tiny bubbles. *It has increased its surface area, and due to the slow rise of bubbles, a large amount of oxygen in the air dissolves in water, making the power efficiency of this machine better than other types of aerators.

4、 Product Usage:

The submersible aerator is used in the aeration tank and aeration sedimentation tank of sewage treatment plants to oxygenate and mix the mixed liquid of sewage and sludge, as well as to perform biochemical treatment of sewage or aerate aquaculture ponds. The intake volume is 10-100 cubic meters per hour, the oxygenation capacity is 0.35-8.20 kilograms of oxygen per hour, and the motor power is 0.75-22KW.

5、 Product features:

1. Compact structure, small footprint, easy installation;
2. Except for the suction port, the rest of the parts operate underwater with low noise;
3. Inhale a lot of air, generate numerous and fine bubbles, and have a high oxygen holding capacity;
4. No need to provide a gas source, eliminating the need for a blower and reducing project investment;
5. Adopting *, the impeller flow channel adopts unobstructed design, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

6、 Construction and working process:

The submersible aerator consists of a submersible sewage pump, a mixing chamber, a base, an intake pipe, and a muffler.
The upper end of the intake pipe is the air suction port located above the water surface, and the lower end is connected to the mixing chamber. After the power is turned on, due to the rotation of the impeller, high-speed water flows out from the impeller outlet through the mixing chamber, forming negative pressure. Therefore, air is sucked in and mixed with liquid, and the mixed liquid flows out from the peripheral outlet, completing the oxygenation of the liquid.
