The control box is equipped with start/stop control buttons, operation indicator lights, emergency stop buttons, and automatic/manual switch. When switched to automatic mode, the mixer can receive start/stop commands from the central control room PLC. When switched to manual mode, it can be manually controlled on site.

The local control box can achieve self-protection of equipment, with overheat, overcurrent, and leakage protection functions, and can reserve PLC interfaces.

Scope of application

Submersible mixers are mainly used for mixing, stirring, and circulating in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes, and can also be used for the maintenance of landscape water environments. By rotating the impeller, they create water flow, improve water quality, increase oxygen content, and effectively prevent the deposition of suspended solids.
